Jesus said: “do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear… Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life? (Matthew 6:25-27).
Jesus knows that there are many things in this world that can make us worry. Perhaps there are things like this in your life at this moment. But Jesus also knows that worry is dangerous for your life as a Christian. He knows that worry is unnecessary – because God is in control! That is why he can tell us: “do not worry”.
Do you want to learn how to deal with worry in your life? Or do you want to be able to help other people who worry? Then we hope this course will help you. It will show you what the Bible says about worry: why it is dangerous and unnecessary, when it can be a good kind of “worry”, and how to stop worrying.
